Bananas for Greasemonkey

First of all let me tell you that my obsession with podcasts has transferred to Firefox Extension and User Scripts...

After installing greasemonkey: http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org/ (the step '2')
I went and searched for scripts: http://userscripts.org/

Understand that my boss is away on vacation, and so I'm working at home, which includes laying in bed hiding from the cold that lurks on the other side of the comforters. Clearly, it also includes being frequently distracted. I figure the time I spend searching for cool scripts would have been used doing silly activities like commuting and getting dressed.

Few favorites:
facebook flyer remover-- The first thing that catches your eye every time you sign on facebook is some looney that you've never met dancing on a table with a cigar in his hand and there's a note underneath it to the effect of "Happy birthday Schmuck!" If one were to chose to perhaps have this experience never happen again, all you would need to do is install this script. Many similar scripts are available to do similar ad removals from popular pages like gmail. Now, there is an argument out there of the ethical nature that may construe this as stealing... therefore I do not condone any actions taken based on my posting... in fact, lets make a general rule that I don't condone anything, ever.

Google Maps multi-line Input: You want to copy/paste an address that's written on several lines all at once (like an address should be)... now you can. Takes up a little map space, though.

Facebook Auto-Colorizer-- turns each persons page into a bi-chromatic scheme based on the person's picture.

inYOfacebook-- Displays a larger image when cursor crosses a picture.

Gmail CSS skin-- Removes the lines on the gmail interface and just turns the whole screen into a cleaner more enjoyable image.

Well this has been fun... happy 10 days in RH-YK.

Actually, facebook auto-colorizer is based on 10 colors. Look at a more colorful picture and more colors will shine through...look for colors in the text too.
